## 1. PIO Part Leader (Repairman)
The PIO Part Leader plays a vital role in maintaining our high standards of vehicle quality and mechanical integrity. You will be responsible for executing precise technical tasks to ensure every vehicle meets global standards before delivery.
Core Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive vehicle paint repairs, touch-ups, and mechanical adjustments.
* Execute complex troubleshooting, component replacement, and mechanical tuning.
* Conduct rigorous quality inspections while strictly adhering to safety protocols and 5S standards.
* Maintain workshop machinery, tools, and workspaces in optimal condition.
* Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding vehicle repair progress and handover schedules.
Candidate Requirements
* A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, body repair, vehicle painting, or mechanical diagnostics.
* Solid technical expertise in vehicle assembly, disassembly, and mechanical troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in operating specialized workshop equipment and paint booth systems.
* Must possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A).
* Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks within a workshop environment.
## 2. Installation Tinting Film Operator
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to specialize in the aesthetic and protective enhancement of our new vehicle fleet through professional film application.
Core Responsibilities
* Install automotive accessories according to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
* Perform professional-grade window tinting and black-out film applications on new units.
* Execute thorough quality audits on all installations to achieve zero-defect results.
* Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the workstation according to 5S methodology.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum education of SMA or SMK.
* Proven practical experience in professional automotive window tinting or film installation.
* Flexibility to work in shift patterns and available for overtime when required.
* High level of discipline, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude.
* Residency in Cikarang, West Java.
## 3. PIO Operator
