## Role Overview: Warehouse Administrator
The Warehouse Administrator is a vital role within our logistics chain, ensuring that inventory integrity is maintained from arrival to dispatch. This position requires a professional capable of balancing administrative accuracy with hands-on warehouse management practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Receiving: Manage the intake process of incoming products, verifying that physical shipments align with documentation.
* Storage Optimization: Organize product placement using standard FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methodologies to minimize waste.
* Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure a perfect match between physical inventory and system data.
* Stock Monitoring: Ensure the safety and quality of goods currently stored in the warehouse.
* Stock Opname: Conduct regular, systematic physical stock audits to maintain accuracy.
* Reporting: Prepare and deliver consistent operational reports detailing warehouse performance and inventory status.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strong organizational skills and a high level of operational discipline. The following criteria are required for applicants:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though individuals with at least one year of professional warehouse experience are highly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of warehouse and inventory management systems (specifically FIFO/FEFO) and advanced competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Soft Skills: Must be communicative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Operational Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be proficient in operating a car.
* Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Serang.
