## Current Career Openings
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following technical and leadership roles at our Tayan facility.
1. Management Trainee (Production) – Code: MT Produksi
This structured development program is designed to cultivate future leaders through a comprehensive professional curriculum.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong verbal and written English communication.
* Preferences: Residents of West Kalimantan are encouraged to apply; candidates must be willing to be stationed at our Tayan operational site.
2. Quality Control Supervisor – Code: Quality Control Supervisor
This role requires a technical expert to ensure the highest standards of production quality.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Electronic, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Quality Control role.
* Technical Requirements: Expertise in SAP, data processing, laboratory instrumentation maintenance, and ISO 9001 standards.
* Communication: Fluent in English and capable of professional correspondence.
3. Instrument & Electrical Engineer – Code: I&E Engineer
We are looking for an experienced engineer to oversee the integrity and performance of our electrical infrastructure.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (High Voltage focus) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: At least 3 years in electrical design, installation, maintenance, and testing/commissioning.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Strong knowledge of ETAP software, relay protection coordination, and occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
* Ability to design and troubleshoot 3-phase motor starters (DOL, INV, Star-Delta, Soft-starter) and LV/MV power feeders.
* Budgeting skills for electrification systems.
* Certifications: Professional electrical certifications are highly desirable.
