## Job Overview and Responsibilities
As our GMP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production processes adhere strictly to quality, safety, and regulatory frameworks. You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, monitor compliance protocols, and implement best practices across the facility.
Key Areas of Focus
* Quality Assurance & Compliance: Enforce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards throughout the production floor.
Regulatory Systems: Manage and maintain compliance with Halal Assurance Systems (Sistem Jaminan Halal* or SJH) and relevant ISO standards.
* Workplace Safety: Champion Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
* Operational Oversight: Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize machinery performance and minimize workflow disruptions.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in an Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the exact same role or a comparable manufacturing environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy, specifically with MS Office applications.
* Core Competencies: Comprehensive knowledge of GMP, Halal Assurance Systems (SJH), ISO regulations, K3 protocols, and plastic production machinery operations.
* Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience as a Supervisor, Coordinator, or Team Leader in Manufacturing or Production Operations are highly desired.
* Work Arrangement: Flexibility to work in either shift-based or non-shift schedules as required by operational needs.
* Location: Applicants currently residing in or around the Sidoarjo area will be given priority.
