## Job Role: Dies Operator
PT Indosafety Sentosa Industry is currently seeking a competent and detail-oriented Dies Operator to join the production team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the operational readiness of manufacturing tools, ensuring that production lines run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
As a Dies Operator, your daily duties will involve a combination of technical maintenance, precise measurement, and cross-functional collaboration. Your primary responsibilities include:
* Executing routine maintenance, complex repairs, and assembly of die components—including press tools, molds, jigs, fixtures, and spot-welding heads.
* Performing meticulous inspections and precise measurements utilizing specialized tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and related equipment.
* Interpreting, comprehending, and strictly applying engineering drawings to meet exact production specifications.
* Collaborating closely with the Production and Quality Control departments to guarantee that all output adheres to the company's stringent quality benchmarks.
* Upholding high standards of workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety within the Dies Department.
Candidate Qualifications

* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Precision Tooling, or another relevant discipline.
* Age Requirement: Between 20 and 29 years old.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to accurately use various mechanical measuring instruments and read complex engineering drawings.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on working experience within a Dies Department, with a specific focus on press tools, molds, or jigs.
* Soft Skills: High enthusiasm for learning, exceptional attention to detail, strong discipline, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
