In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring operational efficiency across our facilities, including our operational sites in Ngawis, Purbalingga, Klerong, Sleman, and our corporate headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
As an Internal Audit Staff member, your core duties will revolve around safeguarding company assets and optimizing business processes. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Executing comprehensive internal audit procedures across various operational and financial departments.
* Evaluating existing internal control systems, financial reporting mechanisms, and operational workflows.
* Applying technical proficiency in accounting and finance to identify potential risks and operational inefficiencies.
* Partnering with department heads to formulate actionable recommendations for process improvements.
* Preparing detailed, objective audit reports for senior management review.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
* Experience: Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply, though candidates with at least one year of professional auditing experience will have a distinct advantage.
* Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of internal audit methodologies, financial and accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and corporate standard operating procedures (SOPs).

* Mobility: Willingness to undertake business travel as required by audit schedules.
