## The Management Trainee Factory Program
We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Management Trainee (MT) Factory program. This role is designed to groom future leaders who can master the complexities of our manufacturing and operational workflows. The program provides an immersive experience in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our operations. Your core responsibilities include:
* Strategic Execution: Aligning daily operations with company objectives while strictly adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Operational Research: Conducting thorough research, gathering empirical data, and performing objective analysis to drive business insights.
* Problem Solving: Identifying operational bottlenecks and utilizing data-backed strategies to implement effective, long-term solutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Championing a culture of ongoing development and process optimization across all business units.
* Training & Development: Facilitating workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and maintain organizational proficiency.
* Performance Monitoring: Overseeing, controlling, and evaluating workflows to ensure all quality and production targets are met.
* Reporting & Accountability: Providing detailed periodic reports and presentations while taking full ownership of your assigned tasks.
## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this high-impact role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical capability, analytical rigor, and resilience. We are looking for individuals who meet the following requirements:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field, with a strong preference for candidates holding a degree in Engineering.
2. Commitment: Willingness to fulfill a mandatory service agreement (ikatan dinas) for a period of 4 years.
3. Communication Skills: Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
4. Technical Literacy:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel/Spreadsheet, PowerPoint).
* A solid understanding of flowcharting and process mapping.
* Comfortable working with IT infrastructure and modern digital technologies.
5. Soft Skills: Proven ability to learn quickly, thrive under high-pressure environments, and manage tight deadlines.
6. Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Indonesia.
