## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Staff member, you will play an essential role in ensuring the seamless flow of domestic and export shipments. Your daily contributions will directly impact supply chain efficiency and operational continuity.
* Schedule Management: Assist in formulating and updating vessel schedules, laycan plans, and delivery timelines while collaborating closely with internal teams, shipping agents, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
* Documentation and Compliance: Prepare, verify, and maintain precise shipping paperwork—including Delivery Orders and Shipping Instructions—alongside comprehensive cargo records and databases.
* Operations Monitoring: Keep a close eye on daily cargo readiness, loading procedures, and discharging activities. Generate insightful inventory and logistics reports while assisting with freight cost audits and invoice verification.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this fast-paced corporate environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Logistics & Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience Level: Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience. High-achieving fresh graduates with solid internship backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, shipping documentation, and logistics reporting.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and cross-functional coordination abilities. Note: Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a distinct advantage.*
