Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or those with a maximum of one year of professional or internship experience in the manufacturing sector.
* Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of nickel processing methodologies, specifically pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy.
* Soft Skills: Proven time management, effective communication, and strong interpersonal capabilities.

Terms of Employment
The position requires a commitment to working in a remote environment. Successful candidates must be willing to be stationed on Obi Island, North Maluku, following a roster system of 10 weeks onsite and 2 weeks offsite.
