## Current Job Opening: Sales Representative (Pantura Timur Region)
PT Kemfood is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on expanding market reach and driving brand growth specifically within the East Pantura region, covering Pati, Kudus, Jepara, Rembang, and Purwodadi.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and distribute Kemfood’s extensive portfolio of processed meats and specialty products to targeted markets.
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners within the assigned territory.
* Identify new business opportunities to increase sales volume and market share.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum education requirement of a High School diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of proven professional experience in marketing or sales.
* Prior work experience within the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Must currently reside in Kudus or the surrounding areas.
* Deep familiarity and working knowledge of the East Pantura sales territory (Pati, Kudus, Jepara, Rembang, Purwodadi).
* Must possess a valid personal vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM C).
