We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following key positions at our Driyorejo, Gresik facility:
1. Purchasing Specialist
The Purchasing Specialist will oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring seamless material acquisition and logistical efficiency.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Proven track record in Export-Import procedures and end-to-end procurement management.
* Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and EMKL (Expedisi Muatan Kapal Laut) operations.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Communication: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
2. Personnel & HRIS Staff
This role is designed for a data-driven professional who can manage payroll and human resources administration for a large-scale workforce.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology (Informatika) is mandatory.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience as HR Staff or Payroll Staff within a large-scale enterprise (minimum 1,000 employees).
* Expertise: Deep understanding of remuneration, compensation structures, and employee benefits.
* Technical Mastery: Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and complex IF formulas).
* System Knowledge: Prior experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is highly preferred.
* Generating comprehensive monthly attendance reports.
* Managing documentation for employee transitions, including promotions, demotions, and transfers.
* Recapping shift schedules, overtime hours, and employee turnover data.
3. Automation Technician
Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the sophisticated electronic and mechanical systems that drive our production line.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of electrical basics, automation systems, PLC, and HMI.
* Schematics: Ability to interpret electrical drawings and manage panel wiring.
* Advanced Knowledge: Familiarity with SCADA, Industrial Networks, and Pneumatic/Hydraulic systems.
* Certifications: Professional certification in electrical or automation systems is a plus.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
4. Quality Assurance (QA) Unit Head
The QA Unit Head ensures that every product leaving our facility meets the highest international standards of durability and design.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/S1 in Chemical Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates with a strong academic background; maximum age of 35.
* Core Competencies: Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
* Inspecting and validating incoming raw materials.
* Conducting rigorous testing on finished ceramic products according to the established quality plan.
* Ensuring all materials used in production align with technical specifications.
5. Warehouse Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage inventory flow and warehouse logistics using modern data management tools.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology or Computer Science.
* Age Limit: Maximum 35 years old.
* Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and IF functions).
* Industry Knowledge: Practical understanding of warehouse planning and inventory control.
* Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
