## Role Overview: HRGA Manager
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs operations. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring that our workforce is empowered and our operational infrastructure remains robust and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top-tier talent.
* Strategic HR Management: Administer global performance management systems and drive HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
* Compensation and Benefits: Manage comprehensive C&B structures, ensuring accurate payroll processing and PPh 21 tax compliance.
* Operational Oversight: Supervise HR and General Affairs administration, including the management of company assets and facilities.
* Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing HR functions within a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements
* Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 7 years of professional experience, specifically serving in an HR Department Head or leadership capacity.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, high-level communication, analytical problem-solving, and decisive conflict resolution.
* Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
* Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within a Korean corporation or the IT sector is considered a significant advantage.
* Logistics: The ability to work on-site in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, and the flexibility to join our team as soon as possible.
