## Engineering and Technical Excellence
We are looking for highly skilled engineers to optimize our manufacturing processes and drive innovation within our production lines.
1. Lean Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Champion organizational manufacturing goals, lead cost-reduction initiatives using Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies, and implement process enhancements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; proven experience in Lean or Kaizen methodologies; exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities.
2. Process Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Design and supervise high-quality tooling and fixtures, explore automation opportunities, and ensure global standardization across sister plants.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering; technical expertise in PLC programming, pneumatics, and machining; robotics experience is highly valued.
3. Industrial Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Design efficient workstations and plant layouts, manage capacity planning, calculate material yields, and integrate automation into the shop floor.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering; proficiency in AutoCAD, technical drawing, and basic automation control.

4. Product Development Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Translate 2D concepts into manufacturable designs, balancing aesthetic appeal with production efficiency and quality control.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design; strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience in product development is preferred.
5. Product Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Initiate new toy projects, conduct design reviews, perform cost analysis, and ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards during mass production.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PMD certification is a plus; strong knowledge of technical drawing and manufacturing processes.
## Operations, Logistics, and Procurement
Maintain the heartbeat of our factory floor and supply chain operations through these critical leadership and analytical roles.
6. Supervisor Production
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee shift production, drive continuous improvement, ensure strict safety and quality compliance, and manage cross-departmental coordination.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; manufacturing leadership experience; ability to work on a shift-based schedule.
7. Material Planner
* Key Responsibilities: Execute purchase orders, manage material flow, resolve supply chain bottlenecks, and maintain precise data in MRP/ERP systems.
* Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management; 2–3 years of experience in procurement or inventory control; advanced Excel skills.
8. Equipment & Facility Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Execute preventative maintenance schedules, optimize machine uptime, control maintenance budgets, and lead technical teams.
* Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering; 2+ years of relevant experience; skilled in PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, and AutoCAD.
9. Indirect Buyer
* Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement of non-production goods and services, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure all purchases align with budgetary and company policies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; experience in procurement or indirect buying; ability to adapt to fast-paced business needs.
## Technical Support
10. Technician
* Key Requirements: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Multimedia. Must possess at least 3 years of experience, with expertise in PLC operation, printing machinery, or SolidWorks. Candidates must be willing to work in shifts and be stationed in Cikarang, Bekasi.
