## Key Responsibilities
As our new Marketing & Sales Certification Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and maintaining client satisfaction. Your daily duties will include:
* Campaign Support: Actively assisting in the execution of strategic marketing and sales campaigns alongside related promotional initiatives.
* Administrative Excellence: Drafting comprehensive proposals, accurate quotations, formal contracts, and structured project timelines.
* Client Relations: Maintaining clear, professional, and effective communication channels with customers and corporate partners throughout the project lifecycle.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure a successful transition into this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Open to both female and male candidates.
* Education: Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in a marketing and sales capacity. Prior experience within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector is strongly preferred.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with major management and technical standards such as ISO, IEC, and SNI is a distinct advantage.
* Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in English, covering speaking, reading, and writing capabilities.
* Networking: Possessing an established professional network within the industrial market is highly favorable.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasive presentation, and strong negotiation abilities.
* Work Ethic: Highly motivated, willing to learn continuously, adaptable to teamwork, honest, dynamic, disciplined, and proactive.
* Operational Flexibility: Ready to travel, work overtime when necessary, and perform effectively under high-pressure environments.
