1. Civil & Road Maintenance Officer
* Responsibilities: Oversee hauling road maintenance, infrastructure development, and the operation of settling ponds (KPL) to minimize downtime.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 3+ years of experience, active POP certification, and strong project management skills.
2. ESG System & Compliance Officer
* Responsibilities: Monitor HSE data and environmental quality, ensure regulatory compliance, manage project budgeting, and lead vendor relations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in SIMPEL and environmental reporting systems.
3. External Relations Staff
* Responsibilities: Manage social mapping, foster relationships with local communities and NGOs, and oversee licensing documentation and community engagement programs.
