## 1. Application Engineer Assistant
The Application Engineer Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the technical integration and operational performance of Novomet’s artificial lift solutions.
Key Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from an accredited Indonesian university.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
* Location: Candidates must be currently domiciled in South Sumatra.
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in the oil and gas sector, specifically with ESP systems, is highly preferred.

## 2. WS Technician (Electrical)
