## 1. Production Planner
We are looking for a highly organized Production Planner to ensure our manufacturing operations run with optimal efficiency. You will be responsible for synchronizing production schedules, managing material flows, and ensuring that our outputs consistently meet stringent shipping deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules.
* Monitor daily operational performance to ensure seamless workflow.
* Coordinate across departments to resolve production-related issues.
* Manage material planning and track inventory cycles.
* Prepare detailed operational reports and performance summaries.
* Provide administrative support to the production team.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production control environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in production planning, inventory management, or administrative coordination.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, and ERP systems.
* Strong communication skills with an innovative and self-motivated mindset.
* Fluency in Mandarin or English is highly preferred.
## 2. Shipping Officer
Our logistics department is seeking a meticulous Shipping Officer to manage our domestic and international trade activities. Based in Batam, this role is critical in ensuring that our solar components reach our clients on time through expert management of customs documentation and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a primary liaison with port authorities, terminals, shipping companies, and principals.
* Manage end-to-end documentation for import and export activities.
* Prepare and process essential shipping documents, including CEISA, Import/Export LCL, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, and PPFTZ.
* Monitor shipment schedules to ensure strict compliance with logistics timelines.
* Draft and submit detailed reports regarding the realization of all import and export operations.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any major.
* Prior experience within a shipping or logistics company.
* In-depth knowledge of ship agency management and regulatory requirements.
* Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Batam.
* Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin or English.
