## Available Career Paths
We are inviting talented individuals to apply for various roles across our production facility and corporate offices. Positions are categorized as follows:
1. Operational and Technical Support Roles
These roles are essential for the daily efficiency of our manufacturing plant.
* Technical Support: Requires a background in Construction, Woodworking, or Steel/Concrete Engineering.
* Mechanical & Electrical: Open to graduates of Electrical, Mechanical, or Welding vocational programs.
* Quality Control: Suited for those with a background in Industrial Chemistry or Science (IPA).
* Operational Staff: Including Forklift and Loader Operators (SIO required), Truck Drivers (SIM B1 required), and Security Personnel (Gada Pratama certification required).
2. Administrative and Professional Staff
We are seeking skilled staff to support our organizational growth in Demak and regional offices.
* Finance & Accounting: Requires a degree in Accounting or Taxation.
* HRD & IT: Seeking professionals with degrees in Psychology, Law, or Information Technology.
* R&D and QMS: Positions for Engineering, Chemical, or Industrial science graduates.
* Clinical & Safety: Seeking qualified Nurses (with Hiperkes) and Occupational Health & Safety (K3) specialists.
* Technical Specialists: Mechanical, Electrical, and Mechatronics engineers to manage our plant infrastructure.
3. Supervisory and Leadership Positions
We are looking for experienced leaders to join our production and engineering management teams.
* Positions: Utility Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, and Engineering/Production Foremen.
* Requirements: Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience with a proven track record of managing teams of at least 10 people is required.
