## Job Overview: Maintenance Operator
As a Maintenance Operator at our Cikarang facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted production lines through proactive upkeep and rapid troubleshooting. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining our high manufacturing standards and meeting daily operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance protocols for both electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
* Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve mechanical and operational machine issues swiftly and effectively.
* Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status updates.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) specializing in electrical or mechanical engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related maintenance or manufacturing field.
* Technical Skills: Fundamental understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Familiarity with semi-automated or fully automated machinery will be a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills & Work Ethic: Able to perform effectively under pressure, meet strict production targets, and adapt to a shift-work schedule. Candidates must also demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities.
