1. Area Business Manager
This leadership role focuses on the sales and profitability performance within a designated territory. You will be responsible for driving turnover against targets, managing distributor relationships, and executing promotional programs.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any major; 3 years of experience as a Branch Head or Area Sales Manager in Paint, Building Materials, or FMCG sectors. Proficiency in SAGE and strong analytical/negotiation skills are essential.
2. Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor
You will be the primary point of contact for stockists and agents, ensuring optimal merchandising and sales support. This role involves market intelligence gathering, conducting product briefings, and supporting the operational health of our branches.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2 years of supervisory experience in relevant industries. Candidates must be skilled in sales reporting and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Color Matcher
As an automotive color specialist, you will ensure precision in color matching, exceeding a 90% accuracy threshold. This role also involves technical support for customers and active participation in marketing events.
* Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 2 years of experience in automotive color matching, preferably with hands-on expertise in vehicle painting processes.
4. Head of Specific Business Development
This strategic position involves leading the development of new business concepts and operational planning. You will coordinate across internal departments and external partners to optimize marketing and product distribution.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5 years of experience in Business Development, E-commerce, or FMCG. Expert knowledge of E-commerce operations and marketing is required. (Based in Batu Ceper, Tangerang).
5. IT Technical Support

6. Project Specifier

* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5 years of experience as a Project Specifier in building materials with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
7. Supervisor QC
You will oversee the quality control department, ensuring that raw materials and finished goods meet our rigorous technical specifications.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry; 3 years of experience, ideally in the paint industry. You must be highly detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure. (Based in Batu Ceper, Tangerang).
8. Tinting Technician
Focused on the technical integrity of our point-of-sale tinting systems, you will handle installation, maintenance, software upgrades, and training for store operators.
