1. Personnel Administrator (HR Admin)
This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our human resources department and ensuring that our workforce is supported through efficient administrative processes.
* Work Location: Riau
* Key Responsibilities:
* Managing comprehensive personnel documentation and employee records.
* Executing accurate payroll calculations and ensuring timely distribution.
* Handling statutory reporting and compliance.
* Managing BPJS (social security and healthcare) administration for all staff.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Open to Male or Female applicants.
* Maximum age of 25 years.
* Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline.
* A minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Personnel or Human Resources.
