* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; 3+ years of experience in supervision consultancy; SKA Madya/Muda certification preferred.
* Key Responsibilities: Supervising contractor performance; compiling daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports; providing technical justifications and input to ensure compliance with mechanical specifications.
2. Instrument Engineer
This role requires a technical specialist to oversee complex electrical and signaling installations, particularly within the railway sector.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrument & Control, Telecommunications, Electronics, Physics, Industrial, or Railway Systems Engineering; 8+ years of relevant field experience (railway experience preferred); 3+ years of consultancy experience. Must be willing to be stationed in Muara Enim, South Sumatra, and be available for immediate onboarding.
* Key Responsibilities: Conducting rigorous site inspections; evaluating contractor progress; verifying project documentation; delivering technical analysis to support the Team Leader.
3. Team Leader
As the operational head of our supervision projects, the Team Leader plays a vital role in project execution and stakeholder communication.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; 5+ years of experience in construction management or consultancy; proven track record in leadership roles; strong personal integrity. Must be willing to be deployed anywhere in Indonesia. SKK Madya certification is preferred.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating the consultant supervision team; preparing task guidelines and reporting structures; leading technical discussions with contractors; acting as the primary liaison between the client and the internal project team.
4. Asset Management Specialist
We are looking for a systematic thinker to manage and optimize project assets.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience in asset management.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing asset-related site activities; consolidating field data; performing technical justifications; managing routine reporting; presenting project progress to stakeholders.
