This role offers a unique platform to contribute directly to complex operational projects, ensuring technical integrity and seamless field coordination.
## Key Responsibilities
* Participate actively in contract analysis, administration, and Change Order management.
* Provide sound contractual recommendations and ongoing support to management.
* Draft professional correspondence addressed to contractors and key stakeholders.
* Monitor, track, and report on project Change Management activities systematically.
* Execute shift handovers and compile accurate operational reports.
## Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this critical operations role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male candidates aged 45 years or younger.
* Educational Background & Experience:
* Minimum vocational high school (SMA/SMK) graduate in a Technical discipline with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree graduate in a Technical discipline with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in reading Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), flow diagrams, datasheets, and operating procedures.
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with operational parameters including pressure, temperature, flow rate, level, and gas quality, alongside hands-on knowledge of valves, meters, separators, scrubbers, instrumentation, and related hardware.
* Administrative Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Work Arrangement: Physically and mentally prepared to work in shift schedules within demanding oil and gas operational environments.
* Location Preference: Priority will be given to candidates currently domiciled in Gresik or Pasuruan.
