Production Specialist Operator
As a Production Specialist Operator, you will serve as a vital link on our manufacturing floor. Your daily efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality chocolate products to millions of consumers efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Machinery Management: Safely operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on high-tech production machinery in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Output Optimization: Maintain pristine workstation cleanliness and ensure that daily production quotas are met without compromising our strict quality benchmarks.
* Documentation & Reporting: Draft accurate daily operational logs detailing overall production yields, raw material consumption rates, and any technical hurdles encountered during shifts.
Candidate Qualifications
