Available FGDP Streams
We are looking for motivated graduates for the following departments:
1. FGDP – Human Capital: Open to graduates of Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
2. FGDP – Operation: Open to graduates of Civil Engineering.
3. FGDP – Engineering: Open to graduates of Mining Engineering, Geodesy, Geophysics, or Geology.
4. FGDP – CPSD: Open to graduates of Industrial Engineering.
5. FGDP – Plant: Open to graduates of Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
## Essential Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our trainees are prepared for the rigorous nature of our operations, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Applicants must be male. The age limit is a maximum of 28 years for Human Capital roles and 25 years for all other streams.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Physical Standards: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health, with no tattoos or piercings.
* Mandatory Requirements: Applicants must have received the third dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccine.
* Commitment: Successful candidates must be willing to undergo the designated training program and demonstrate full readiness to be stationed at any of our operational sites throughout Kalimantan.
