Our facility operates at the highest international standards, holding API certifications since 2017—including API-5CT and API-5L—alongside comprehensive ISO certifications for Quality Management (9001:2015), Environmental Management (14001:2015), and Occupational Health and Safety (45001:2018). As we continue to expand our production capacity, we are looking for motivated professionals to join our dynamic team.
## Open Positions and Requirements
We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following roles across our manufacturing operations:
1. PPIC Assistant Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
* Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
* Key Skills: Mastery of MRP, production scheduling, forecasting, and supply chain management. Proficiency in MS Office and ISO 45001 standards is essential. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are required for inter-departmental coordination.
2. Electrical Technician
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
* Key Skills: Must be capable of reading electrical schematics and performing PLC fault diagnosis and routine maintenance.
3. Mandarin Translator
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Experience: At least 1 year of translation experience.
* Key Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin. Candidates should be disciplined, target-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
4. QC Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in quality control.
* Key Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is required. Must have a deep understanding of API Spec Q1, 5CT, 5L, and 5B, as well as ISO 45001 standards.
5. Overhead Crane Operator
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse operations.
* Requirement: Must possess an active and valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi).
6. Technical Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related field.
* Key Skills: Fluent in Mandarin. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and technical drawing is mandatory.
7. Purchasing Supervisor
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory purchasing role.
* Key Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge, ERP (Accurate) proficiency, and familiarity with API and ISO standards. Fluent English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
8. Marketing Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a marketing capacity.
* Key Skills: Expertise in CIVD, inventory management (MRP I & II), and logistics within the manufacturing sector.
9. HSE Staff
* Education: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: 3 years of relevant experience.
* Key Skills: Must hold an AK3U certification and be well-versed in ISO management systems, JSA implementation, and hazard risk analysis (HIRADC).
10. ESG Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience: 3 years in K3L or sustainability.
* Key Skills: Expert knowledge of GRI, SDGs, TCFD, and SASB frameworks. Must be capable of managing waste, emissions, and energy compliance reporting.
11. Warehouse Supervisor
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: 3 years in warehouse management.
* Key Skills: Strong leadership and a deep understanding of inventory management, procurement, and API/ISO quality standards.
