PT RANS Kosmetika Indonesia is expanding, and we are seeking talented, creative, and driven professionals to fill the following roles at our headquarters in PIK 2, North Jakarta.
1. Content Plan Specialist
Shape our digital narrative by managing our multi-channel content strategy.
* Responsibilities: Develop detailed content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. Collaborate with creative teams, conduct trend research, and analyze performance metrics to optimize brand reach.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication with 1–3 years of relevant experience. You should be highly organized, creative, and deeply familiar with current social media trends.
2. Videographer Editor Specialist
Bring our brand story to life through high-quality visual content.
* Responsibilities: Plan, film, and edit engaging videos including tutorials, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes footage. Work closely with influencers and design teams to maintain a premium aesthetic.
* Requirements: Degree in Visual Communication Design with 1–3 years of experience. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and professional camera equipment is mandatory.
3. HR Generalist
Support our internal culture by managing the lifecycle of our most valuable asset—our people.
* Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and office administration. Manage company events and ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Management with at least 2 years of HR experience. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
4. Affiliate Specialist
Drive growth by building strong partnerships within our affiliate ecosystem.
* Responsibilities: Manage daily operations for TikTok and Shopee affiliate programs. Recruit new influencers, set commission structures, and track campaign ROI and conversion KPIs.
* Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in influencer management or e-commerce marketing. You must possess strong analytical skills and a passion for digital creator ecosystems.
5. Area Sales Supervisor
Expand our market presence by executing effective sales strategies.
* Responsibilities: Plan sales initiatives, monitor distributor stock levels, and ensure product availability at retail outlets. Lead teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or personal care. A valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a deep understanding of area coverage management are required.
6. Purchasing Specialist
Ensure our production lines run smoothly through strategic procurement.
* Responsibilities: Evaluate vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and source high-quality raw materials. Manage purchase orders and ensure all procurement documentation is accurate and audit-ready.
* Requirements: Degree in any major with at least 2 years of purchasing experience. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Excel and Accurate (online software) are required.
