With a robust operational footprint covering approximately 32,000 hectares of mature plantations and supported by three high-capacity palm oil mills—two operating at 80 tons per hour and one at 40 tons per hour—we have built a reputation for excellence and sustainability. 1. Senior Planner: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Assistant Power Plant: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
3. Transport Foreman (Mandor Transport): Diploma in Administration or Industrial Engineering.
4. General Civil Foreman (Mandor General Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5. Welder Specialist (6G): Vocational High School (SMK) background with official 6G Welding Certification.
6. Welder (4G, 3G, 2G): Vocational High School (SMK) background in Technical studies.
