We are currently seeking a results-driven Store Manager for our South Jakarta (Jagakarsa) branch to lead our team, elevate the customer experience, and maximize profitability across a large selling area.
## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As the Store Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our retail operations. Your primary objective is to balance operational excellence with exceptional team leadership to achieve revenue targets.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Daily Operations & Sales Growth: Oversee daily store operations to ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. Analyze regular sales reports and formulate data-backed strategies to boost performance.
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and train a large team of retail staff. Foster a positive, collaborative work culture, conduct routine performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
* Visual Merchandising & Store Standards: Maintain impeccable store standards, ensuring the retail floor is visually engaging, organized, and aligned with visual merchandising best practices to captivate shoppers.
* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels closely, manage inventory flow, and minimize both overstocking and stockouts.
* Customer Experience & Conflict Resolution: Deliver memorable shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and effectively.
* Marketing & Promotions: Implement innovative marketing initiatives, organize promotional events, and stay ahead of consumer trends to attract new shoppers and retain existing clientele.

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA), though candidates with a degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field are strongly preferred.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience working as a Store Manager or in a comparable leadership role specifically within the fashion retail industry.
* Scale of Experience: Demonstrated capability in managing large teams and overseeing expansive selling areas measuring up to 800 square meters.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of current fashion trends, consumer behavior, and visual merchandising techniques.
* Work Location & Availability: Willingness to be based in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, with the ability to join our team as soon as possible.
