## Available Career Opportunities
1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that resources and space are optimized for maximum efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound/outbound scheduling, monitor warehouse capacity and MHE allocation, ensure inventory accuracy, and generate operational performance reports.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree in any field; at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse planning role; strong understanding of supply chain processes and continuous improvement mindsets.
2. Transport Planner
You will serve as the primary bridge between our warehouse and the road, managing the critical flow of goods through our Transport Management System (TMS).
* Key Responsibilities: Prepare shipping documents (Loading Notes), coordinate with transporters and internal security, monitor yard management, and track Proof of Delivery (POD) statuses.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree; at least 1 year of relevant logistics experience; proficiency in TMS operations and reporting; basic English communication skills.
3. Administration Staff
Precision is vital in this role, as you will handle the documentation that keeps our sales and equipment workflows moving seamlessly.
* Key Responsibilities: Process sales orders into delivery orders, manage equipment movement records, update customer master data, and perform stock opname tasks.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 degree; 1 year of experience in logistics administration; highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiar with SAP or WMS systems.
4. Equipment Operator
Safety and technical proficiency define this role, ensuring our goods are handled with the highest standard of care using specialized equipment.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute inbound/outbound storage tasks, perform put-away and picking duties, maintain equipment health, and ensure battery charging protocols are met.
* Qualifications: High School (SMA/SMK) diploma; at least 2 years of experience; must possess a valid SIO Forklift Class 2 (registered with TemanK3); willing to work in shifts.
5. Picker Checker
Attention to detail is paramount here, as you will be responsible for the accuracy of our picking and distribution processes.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical stock checks against documentation, execute precise picking via RF Scanners, and support loading activities.
* Qualifications: High School (SMA/SMK) diploma; 1 year of warehouse experience preferred; ability to operate a pallet mover is an asset; SIO Forklift Class 2 is a significant advantage.
