## Current Openings
We are actively recruiting for two key roles based in our Jakarta headquarters. These positions are vital to our mission of providing world-class service and maintaining our position as an industry leader.
1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our clients' specific industrial needs. You will be responsible for translating complex technical specifications into value-driven solutions.
* Craft and deliver compelling technical presentations that highlight the advantages of our product suite.
* Proactively generate high-quality sales leads and manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to delivery.
* Consult directly with engineers and facility managers to assess equipment needs and system requirements.
* Formulate and implement strategies to convert competitors' clients into long-term PT Seagull partners.
* Report market insights and potential improvements to senior management to drive continuous growth.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical studies, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the HVAC, cooling tower, or industrial equipment sectors.
* Full proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with advanced negotiation and computer literacy.
2. Project Management Staff
The Project Management Staff role is critical to ensuring our operations run seamlessly. From managing intricate import logistics to overseeing construction schedules, you will ensure every project meets our rigorous quality standards and budgetary targets.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and maintenance budgets.
* Oversee the end-to-end import process, including verification of Bills of Lading, PIB, COO, and other shipping documentation.
* Maintain deep technical knowledge of PI, Lartas/Post Border regulations, SKA, and FTA.
* Manage HS code classification, customs compliance, and logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all materials align with project specifications.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, Management, Economics, or related fields.
* Experience in the HVAC, construction, or industrial equipment industry is preferred; motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Expertise in logistics, import regulations, and customs clearance procedures.
* Full proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to data management.
