## Open Position: Production (Gesso) Leader
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production (Gesso) Leader to join our Jombang facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production lines operate with maximum efficiency, precision, and adherence to our rigorous quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Manage, coordinate, and supervise daily team operations to ensure strict alignment with corporate procedures and production schedules.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor repair and grading processes to guarantee all output meets the company’s high-quality benchmarks.
* Performance Management: Drive the team toward production targets while providing professional mentorship, coaching, and regular performance evaluations to foster talent development.
* Process Supervision: Oversee end-to-end production and packaging workflows, ensuring safety and quality protocols are upheld.
* Discipline and Reporting: Maintain a disciplined work environment and provide comprehensive analytical reports on production performance and operational challenges to senior management.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2. Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience within the timber or gesso manufacturing industry.
3. Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
4. Leadership Skills: Strong capability in leading diverse teams, conflict resolution, and complex problem-solving.
5. Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a shift-based system and be stationed at our facility in Jombang, East Java.
