We are offering a unique opportunity for ambitious young professionals to enter our Management Trainee (MT) program. This path is designed to transition fresh graduates into the next generation of Production Supervisors and Team Leaders through intensive, hands-on learning within our Spinning units.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will undergo a rigorous training curriculum designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the spinning sector:
* Production Mastery: Gain an end-to-end understanding of the spinning lifecycle, encompassing Blowing, Carding, Drawing, Roving, Spinning, and Winding processes.
* Operational Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including production output, quality control metrics, and overall process efficiency.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance departments to streamline workflows.
* Improvement Projects: Develop and present learning reports and operational improvement proposals.
* Leadership Development: Prepare for future leadership roles by shadowing senior staff and managing small-scale production tasks.
Requirements for Candidates
To qualify for this career-launching program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Textile Engineering (preferred), Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Professional Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office—specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
