1. KPI Administrator (Placement: Cibitung, MM2100)
As a KPI Administrator, you will serve as the analytical backbone of our operations, managing data related to inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows.
* Key Responsibilities: Compile daily/monthly operational reports, analyze performance trends, and design professional visual presentations using design software.
* Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; skilled in Canva/Photoshop; fluent in English.
2. Supervisor Admin Project (Placement: Bintan)
This leadership role focuses on coordinating administrative excellence for our project team at PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee site administrative teams, manage document control, and serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in industrial projects; fluent in English and Indonesian; strong organizational and leadership skills.
3. Admin Project (Placement: Bintan)
This field-based role is essential for maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring accurate documentation during critical project phases.
* Key Responsibilities: Issue delivery orders, conduct on-site cargo inspections, report damage, and maintain constant communication with site personnel and expatriates.
* Requirements: High school diploma/vocational degree; professional English proficiency; high mobility and responsiveness in a dynamic site environment.
4. Warehouse PIC (Placement: Cibitung, MM2100)

* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain; 3+ years of experience; proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus).
5. Warehouse Operations Team
We are hiring for various support roles essential to our warehouse efficiency:
* Warehouse Helper: Assists with receiving, moving, and organizing goods to facilitate seamless picking and storage.
* Warehouse Checker: Performs quality and quantity verification of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring zero discrepancies.
* Warehouse Picker: Executes accurate order fulfillment by navigating storage systems and preparing goods for timely shipment.
Requirements for these roles: Maximum age 30, physical stamina, understanding of FIFO/FEFO, and ability to work shifts.*
6. Forklift Operator (Placement: Cibitung, MM2100)
Ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods within our high-volume warehouse facilities.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute inbound/outbound material handling and perform mandatory equipment safety checks.
* Requirements: Must possess an active Forklift Operator License (SIO); minimum 2 years of experience operating Reach Trucks and Counter Balance forklifts.
7. Inventory Admin (Placement: Medan, North Sumatra)
This role ensures data integrity and operational availability through precise inventory management.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct stock-takes, manage expiration dates, analyze demand forecasts, and maintain accurate records in our ERP/WMS systems.
* Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of experience in inventory management; strong analytical skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
