## Position: Estate Accounting Officer Trainee
The Estate Accounting Officer Trainee plays a critical role in the financial health and administrative integrity of our plantation units. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced agricultural environments and possess a keen eye for fiscal accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee essential financial and administrative functions, including but not limited to:
* Journal Voucher Data Entry: Maintaining precise records of all financial transactions.
* Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial accounts.
* Taxation: Managing compliance with local tax regulations.
* Payroll Administration: Executing timely and accurate compensation cycles.
* Warehouse and Production Management: Overseeing inventory and operational output logistics.
* Crop Administration: Tracking and reporting on plantation-specific metrics.
* Financial Reporting: Preparing comprehensive trial balances for management review.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: A Diploma III or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Candidates from State Universities must hold a minimum GPA of 2.75, while those from Private Universities require a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Age Limit: Applicants must be no older than 30 years at the time of recruitment.
3. Language and Technical Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Candidates must also demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
4. Soft Skills:

* The ability to remain composed and productive under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration across departments.
5. Relocation: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at any of the company’s plantation sites located across North Sumatra and Aceh.
