## Current Openings at PT. SP Manufacturing
We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Please review the following roles to determine which best aligns with your expertise and career aspirations.
1. HRGA Officer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Management with 1–3 years of experience.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing HR administration, attendance, BPJS compliance, and general affairs, including facility and vendor management. Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/13485 standards is required.
2. Material Planner / Production Planner
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management with at least 2 years of experience.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinating production schedules and material flow. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office is essential.
3. Programmer Technician
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Informatics Engineering or Computer Science with at least 1 year of programming experience.
* Key Responsibilities: Providing technical programming support, ideally with a background in PCBA manufacturing.
4. Purchasing / Buyer Senior Officer
* Requirements: Diploma degree with at least 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably within electronics manufacturing.
* Key Responsibilities: Negotiating contracts and payment terms while analyzing market trends. Expert knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is mandatory.
5. QEHS Management System (Senior Engineer)
* Requirements: Diploma degree with 2 years of experience in a manufacturing quality or safety role.
* Key Responsibilities: Maintaining standards for ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, AS 9001, and TS 16949.
6. SMT Supervisor
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) with 2 years of SMT process experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing SMT production lines while ensuring compliance with ISO quality standards.
7. Sourcing Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering with 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
* Key Responsibilities: Evaluating vendors, developing supplier relationships, and performing in-depth cost analysis.
8. Wire Harness Manufacturing Engineer
* Requirements: Diploma degree with 2 years of specialized experience in wire harness manufacturing.
* Key Responsibilities: Optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring technical quality benchmarks are met.
