1. Junior Project Procurement
This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of our engineering projects through meticulous planning and cost management.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive material delivery schedules.
* Manage project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
* Conduct precise calculations for Quantity Variation Orders.
* Maintain a deep understanding of project-specific work methodologies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably within an Oil & Gas construction environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
2. Admin Marine
Based in North Jakarta (Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan), this position plays a critical role in maintaining the operational compliance of our marine fleet.
* Monitor vessel certifications and documentation, coordinating renewals with relevant authorities.
* Plan and oversee vessel surveys and inspections in collaboration with classification societies and port authorities.
* Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports regarding vessel document status.
* Maintain and organize technical catalogs, manuals, and engineering drawings.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture.
* At least two years of experience in a similar maritime administrative role.
* Expertise in AutoCAD and Maxsurf Naval Architecture software.
* Strong communication skills, organized, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Purchasing Staff
We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to handle the end-to-end purchasing process for our Jakarta-based operations.
* Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal value.
* Analyze market trends to secure competitive pricing.
* Clarify technical specifications with internal departments when necessary.
* Manage document filing and monitor the full cycle of purchase orders, from procurement to final delivery verification.
* Coordinate with logistics partners and expediters to ensure timely arrival of goods.
* Degree in any field (Informatics background is an added advantage).
* 2–3 years of proven experience in purchasing, particularly with spare parts, heavy equipment, and engineering supplies.
* Proficiency in integrated procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
* Resilient, communicative, and capable of performing under pressure.
