## 1. Technology Development & Drone Operations
Our technological division focuses on driving innovation, digital security, and precision agriculture.
Drone Team Section
* Responsibilities: Execute flight missions for mapping, inspection, and documentation; manage drone maintenance and troubleshooting; verify field data accuracy; and ensure compliance with all aviation regulations.
* Requirements: D3/S1 degree from any major; minimum GPA of 3.00; fresh graduates are welcome. Strong understanding of drone operations, mission planning software, and hardware maintenance is highly valued.
Web & IoT Developers
* Web Developer: Must be proficient in JavaScript/Python, ReactJS, NodeJS, DBMS, and UI/UX design. Knowledge of machine learning is a significant advantage.
* IoT Developer: Requires an S1 degree in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) or relevant fields. Must be familiar with IoT frameworks and coding.
* Requirements: S1 degree from any major (for Web Dev); minimum GPA of 3.00; physical and mental readiness to be stationed at our Lampung Tengah/Tulang Bawang site.
## 2. Factory Department
The Factory division is the heart of our production, overseeing the transformation of sugarcane into high-quality refined sugar. We are seeking professionals for the following sections:
* Mill & Boiler: Steam and power generation management.
* Process House: Crystallization, purification, and evaporation monitoring.
* Electric & Instrument: Power supply and sensor/transmitter maintenance.
* Engineering Service: Machine maintenance and operational support.
* Laboratory: Quality control and material analysis.
* Factory Administration Services (FAS): Administrative support and personnel management.
* Mechanical Engineering (D3/S1): Mill, Boiler, and Engineering Service.
* Chemical Engineering/Food Tech/Agricultural Industry Tech (S1/D3): Process House.
* Electrical Engineering (S1): Electric & Instrumentation.
* All Majors (S1/D3): Factory Administration Services.
## 3. Plantation Department
Our plantation team handles the end-to-end cultivation process, from land preparation and planting to harvesting.
* Divisions: Includes Harvesting, Mechanical Harvest, Agro Lab, Biology Control, Cane Breeding, and Stillage management.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Stats), or Engineering (Geodesy, Surveying). We seek candidates with strong analytical skills, leadership potential, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
## 4. Workshop Division
This department ensures the readiness of our heavy machinery, tractors, and transport fleets.
* Scope: Preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for cane harvesters, bulldozers, excavators, and operational vehicles.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering. Requires strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to mechanical excellence.
## 5. Warehouse & Inventory
Managing the flow of materials is critical to our operational efficiency. We are looking for logistics-minded individuals for:
* Plantation, Workshop, Factory, and Civil Warehouses: Managing spare parts, fertilizers, and building materials.
* Finished Good Warehouse (FGWH): Managing sugar stock levels and distribution compliance.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Must be proficient in MS Excel, highly organized, and disciplined regarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
