## Current Engineering and Project Opportunities
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill key technical roles within our organization. These positions are integral to our mission of delivering world-class solar infrastructure across Indonesia.
1. PV Engineer
The PV Engineer plays a critical role in the technical design and viability analysis of our solar installations.
* Site Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive site surveys and rigorous technical assessments to determine solar yield potential.
* Project Planning: Partner with Project Managers to develop detailed project schedules, technical drawings, and precise cash flow projections.
* Technical Compliance: Compile accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) while strictly adhering to international engineering standards and quality benchmarks.
2. Project Execution Specialist
Our Project Execution team ensures that our vision translates into operational reality through meticulous oversight and resource management.
* Procurement Support: Collaborate with the Procurement Department to streamline component purchasing and vendor management.
* Documentation & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of essential project documentation and maintain transparent, ongoing project reporting.
* Quality & Budget Control: Oversee project execution phases, ensuring that quality control standards are met while strictly monitoring budget and cash flow.
* Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Proactively plan, lead, and document all maintenance and service activities to ensure long-term asset performance.
## Candidate Qualifications
To excel in these roles, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical proficiency, academic rigor, and professional adaptability.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in the energy or construction sector.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in solar-specific software tools—such as PVSyst, Helioscope, or Homer—is highly preferred.
* Core Competencies:
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
* A highly adaptive mindset capable of navigating the dynamic challenges of the renewable energy industry.
