This specialized program is designed to provide hands-on experience, executive mentorship, and a comprehensive understanding of industrial financial operations.
Key Responsibilities and Professional Duties
As an MT in the Finance, Accounting, and Tax department, you will play an active role in maintaining our financial integrity and operational efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Financial Tracking: Managing and overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) workflows.
* General Ledger & Reconciliation: Preparing journal entries, conducting detailed account analyses, and assisting with crucial month-end closing procedures.
* Audit & Compliance: Archiving and organizing purchase and payment documentation while supporting internal auditing processes.
* Inventory Control: Participating in and documenting monthly physical stock counts (stock opname) at our facilities.
* Taxation & Invoicing: Generating accurate commercial invoices and official tax invoices for our corporate clients.
* Cash Flow Management: Facilitating timely customer collections and organizing vendor payment distribution schedules.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for corporate finance. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.50 (Fresh Graduates are highly welcome to apply).
* Academic Background: Graduation from a top-tier university will be considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Core Competencies: A solid foundational understanding of basic accounting principles, corporate taxation, cost accounting, and AR/AP operations.
