## Role Overview: SAP Admin (Production)
As an SAP Production Administrator, you will serve as the crucial link between digital data management and daily manufacturing floor operations. This role demands high accuracy, familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, and the ability to bridge communication gaps between production lines, warehouse inventory, and planning teams.
## Core Responsibilities and Daily Tasks
To ensure seamless manufacturing workflows, the chosen candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of administrative and technical duties:
* SAP Transaction Management: Execute precise SAP administration and transaction tasks related to daily manufacturing activities, which include processing Goods Receipts (GR), managing Goods Issues (GI), and tracking the consumption of raw materials and factory supplies.
* Inventory Monitoring and Control: Oversee production material administration by handling reservations, conducting routine stock control, executing stock opname procedures, and coordinating material availability with the PPIC and Warehouse departments.
* Production Data Reporting: Input, compile, and continuously monitor manufacturing metrics, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), official Daily Production Reports (LPH), and operational data extracted directly from filling, cartonner, casepacker, and palleter areas.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity with SAP systems and advanced data processing skills using Microsoft Excel (considered a strong added advantage).
* Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities regarding numerical data, and proven proficiency in conducting administrative monitoring and production reconciliations.
