## 1. Engineering Specialist
The Engineering team is the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that all production machinery remains at peak performance.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in production machine maintenance, preferably within the FMCG industry.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, and machine instrumentation. Strong understanding of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) systems and operations.
* Added Value: Possession of WWTP-related certifications and experience using CMMS software.
* Core Competencies: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and team-oriented mindset. Must be comfortable working in a shift-based system and be based in Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
## 2. Production Foreman
Our Production department focuses on maintaining the highest quality standards while optimizing manufacturing output to meet consumer demand.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory role (Foreman) within the cosmetics, skincare, household cleaning, or personal care sectors.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with product standardization protocols including CPPKRTB, CPKB, and SJH.
* Technical Skills: Experience with SAP implementation is highly regarded.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to manage teams effectively under a shift schedule. This position is based in Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
## 3. HR-GA Supervisor
The HR-General Affairs department is responsible for fostering a productive workplace culture while ensuring seamless facility operations.
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR-GA Supervisor or HR Generalist within the FMCG sector.
* Operational Skills: Proven track record in managing HRIS, payroll, waste management, and pest control.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional stakeholder relationship management, leadership, attention to detail, and advanced reporting capabilities.
* Requirements: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to be stationed at our Ngoro Industrial Park facility in Mojokerto.
