## 1. Production Operator
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to manage our production processes and maintain our high standards of output quality.
* Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering.
* Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Preference given to candidates with prior experience operating cutting tools.
* Proficiency in operating Walter CNC Grinding machines is highly valued.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and utilize precision measuring instruments.
* Commitment to strictly following established operational standards and safety procedures.
* Responsible for routine machine maintenance and reporting operational conditions to management.
* Must be willing to work on a shift-based schedule.
* Willing to be stationed in Cikarang.
## 2. Sales Engineer
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can cultivate strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
* Previous experience in the cutting tools industry is a significant advantage.
* Proven ability to maintain and nurture existing client accounts while securing new partnerships.
* Proactive in identifying business growth opportunities.
* Capable of developing strategic work plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide detailed activity reports to management.
* Willing to be stationed in Cikarang.
## 3. Application Engineer
The Application Engineer is responsible for bridging the gap between our technical products and our clients' specific machining requirements.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Prior experience as an application engineer within the cutting tools industry is required.
* Comprehensive understanding of cutting tool products and their applications in various machining processes.
* Proficient in reading technical blueprints and operating various measuring tools.
* Advanced skills in utilizing CAD/CAM software programs.
* Dedicated to working in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
* Responsible for machine upkeep and providing field reports to the supervisor.
* Must be prepared to work within a shift rotation system.
* Willing to be stationed in Cikarang.
