## Current Career Opportunities
We are seeking dedicated, high-performing individuals to join our technical and administrative teams. Below are the open positions and their respective qualifications:
1. Welder
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certifications: Possession of 3G-6G welding certification is a significant advantage.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience welding hydraulic tubes and rods.
* Capabilities: Must be proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers/calipers) and capable of interpreting technical drawings.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK), preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year as an Assembly Operator or Technician, ideally within the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Technical Skills: Competency in using calipers and the ability to read technical diagrams.
3. Sales Support
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general clerical roles.
* Core Competencies: Expert user of Microsoft Office, skilled in drafting professional quotations, high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, agile approach to learning.
4. Inspector
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in pneumatic, hydraulic, or cylinder manufacturing.
* Technical Skills: Capability to produce 2D/3D technical drawings, proficient use of vernier calipers and micrometers, and strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing production scheduling and monitoring, overseeing material procurement through to final product completion, and tracking onsite project execution.
* Leadership: Proven ability in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective team management.
