## Administrative and Financial Roles
1. Admin Operation
In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, managing the financial flow for our vessels.
* Key Duties: Managing petty cash, processing invoices, preparing daily Vessel Daily Reports (VDR), and tracking ship-related expenditures.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics with 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
2. Admin Procurement
You will be responsible for sourcing the necessary resources to keep our operations running smoothly.
* Key Duties: Planning procurement strategies, negotiating with vendors, managing supply contracts, and monitoring inventory levels.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, ideally within the shipping or logistics sectors. Strong negotiation skills are required.
3. Finance & Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)
This position oversees the financial health and regulatory compliance of the company.
* Key Duties: Reconciling accounts, managing cash flow, preparing tax reports, and ensuring all accounting records align with internal policies and external regulations.
* Qualifications: Degree in Finance or Accounting with 3–7 years of experience. Experience with tax software and knowledge of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) is highly valued.
## Maritime and Technical Operations
4. Port Captain
The Port Captain ensures that our fleet operates safely and in full compliance with maritime regulations.
* Key Duties: Overseeing loading/discharge operations, coordinating with crew members, managing port clearances, and ensuring fleet seaworthiness.
* Qualifications: Holds an ANT-III certification or a degree in Marine Engineering. Requires 2–5 years of experience in fleet management.
5. Port Engineer
As a Port Engineer, you will lead the technical maintenance and repair strategies for our diverse fleet.
* Key Duties: Scheduling vessel repairs, managing shipyard budgets, overseeing contractor work, and ensuring preventative maintenance plans are effectively executed.
* Qualifications: Holds an ATT-III certification or a Mechanical/Marine Engineering degree. Must have 2–5 years of experience and be available for urgent maintenance coordination.
6. Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical)
Our technicians provide the hands-on expertise required to keep our equipment and engines in peak condition.
* Key Duties: Troubleshooting marine engines and electrical systems, performing routine maintenance, and documenting repair records.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience in shipping-related technical support.
