1. Palm Oil Certification Manager
This role is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement certification work programs aligned with ISPO and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate data collection and reporting across internal divisions.
* Oversee internal and external inspections, audits, and OHS (K3) and environmental management.
* Maintain up-to-date compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma-III or Bachelor’s degree in Plantation Management, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Certification Manager or 5 years as an Assistant Manager for ISPO.
* Possession of an ISPO Auditor Certificate (Permentan No 11/2015 or No 38/2020) is highly prioritized.
* Deep knowledge of AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and hazardous waste (B3) management.

2. Palm Oil Mill & KCP Supervisor
We are looking for a technical expert to oversee the efficiency and reliability of our processing units.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement operational strategies for CPO Mills and Kernel Crushing Plants (KCP).
* Monitor and document all operational activities in detail.
* Conduct investigations into mechanical or electrical failures.
* Ensure strict adherence to Halal, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and ISCC standards.
* Requirements:
* Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (D3/S1).
* Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Certifications in international management systems (Halal, ISO, HACCP, etc.) are a significant advantage.
* Placement: Jakarta (Head Office), with required travel to plantation units.
3. Budget Controller Staff (Mill & KCP)
This position is critical for financial planning and maintaining the operational efficiency of our processing facilities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and finalize annual budgets for all CPO Mills and KCPs.
* Perform monthly evaluations of operational work plans and expenditures.
* Analyze cost structures and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
* Regularly monitor and report on mill performance metrics.
* Requirements:
* Proficiency in SAP or other relevant ERP systems.
* At least 5 years of experience in Head Office Engineering or Mill Control.
* Comprehensive understanding of the CPO and KCP processing workflows.
