## Job Vacancy: Operator Colour Matching (Flexography)
We are looking for a detail-oriented specialist to manage our flexographic color matching processes, ensuring precision and superior visual quality across all packaging product lines.
Key Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum education requirement is a Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) diploma, preferably with a major in Graphic Arts (Grafika).
* Demonstrated professional experience working as a Colour Matching Operator within the flexographic printing industry.
* Comprehensive technical mastery of ink color mixing formulations.
* Physical and professional readiness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a proactive, positive attitude.
* Proven ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Free from any active employment contracts or legal obligations with other companies or institutions.
