We are seeking dedicated, analytical, and proactive individuals to fill the following key roles within our organization.
1. Plant Department Head
As a Plant Department Head, you will lead maintenance strategy and operational efficiency for our heavy machinery and large vehicle fleets.
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a maintenance planner capacity.
* Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; expertise in unit maintenance planning; proficiency in financial reporting, including cash flow and bank scheduling.
* Placement: Puruk Cahu, Central Kalimantan.
2. Planning & PHL Manager
This leadership role oversees our forestry strategy, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in our concession areas.
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar forestry leadership role.
* Key Competencies: Deep knowledge of forest planning (HPH) and RKT preparation; mastery of GIS systems and international forest certification standards (PHL, FSC); SAP proficiency is highly preferred.
* Placement: Willingness to travel to Kalimantan sites.
3. Finance Supervisor
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee financial integrity and reporting at our corporate level.
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in an equivalent supervisory position.
* Key Competencies: Expertise in accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and budget reporting; background in cost control or auditing is highly preferred; proficiency in SAP.
* Placement: Head Office, Jakarta (with travel to Kalimantan sites).
4. Treasury Officer
The Treasury Officer will manage day-to-day liquidity and banking functions to ensure smooth operational cash flow.
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar treasury or accounting role.
* Key Competencies: Strong grasp of bank reconciliation, cash scheduling, and treasury reporting; SAP literacy is a distinct advantage.
