As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring our miniature models meet the highest quality standards before reaching the global market.
* Execute tasks within designated work areas, including Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly.
* Strictly adhere to standardized operating procedures and work instructions.
* Maintain accurate daily production reports to track efficiency and output.
* Minimum education of SMP (Junior High School) or equivalent.
* Physically and mentally fit; must not suffer from color blindness or dust allergies.
* Highly attentive to detail, agile, honest, disciplined, and accountable.
* Previous factory experience is considered a significant advantage.
* Must be willing to work under target-driven conditions, including shift rotations and overtime.
* Available for immediate deployment to the facility in Batang, Central Java.
