## The Role: Production Operator
YOFC Indonesia is seeking dedicated and motivated professionals to join our production team. As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring that high-quality fiber optic solutions are produced efficiently to meet the growing demands of our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
To maintain our industry-leading standards, our Production Operators are entrusted with the following core duties:
* Machine Operation: Manage industrial production machinery and equipment with precision and efficiency to achieve daily output targets.
* Target Fulfillment: Execute production tasks in strict accordance with established schedules and volume requirements.
* SOP and Quality Adherence: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) rigorously while monitoring output to ensure every product meets our stringent quality benchmarks.
* Equipment Care: Perform basic machine maintenance and routine cleaning to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of our hardware.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, output volumes, and any technical anomalies for supervisory review.
* Safety and 6S Standards: Uphold a high standard of workplace cleanliness and organization (6S) while strictly following Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
* HSE Compliance: Consistently utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.

Educational Requirements
* Minimum requirement: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate.
* Preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
Experience and Prerequisites
* A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
* Candidates must be no older than 30 years of age.
